HEZI OÜ
Terms of Use
The agreement between you and HEZI OÜ for using hezi. Please read it before you create an account or subscribe.
Last updated: 23 October 2026
In short
- hezi gives training plans and general guidance. It is not medical advice. Train within your limits and stop if something hurts.
- You must be at least 13. Under 16 you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
- The free version is free. Premium is a subscription through the App Store that renews automatically until you cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
- Clubs can buy a Team plan on hezi.ee for up to 15 players.
- You can delete your account at any time.
1. Who we are and these terms
hezi is provided by HEZI OÜ, registry code 17600460, K. Kärberi tn 17-40, 13918 Tallinn, Estonia, info@hezi.ee ("hezi", "we", "us").
These Terms of Use apply to the hezi app and to hezi.ee. By creating an account or using hezi, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use hezi.
2. Who can use hezi
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- If you are under 16, you may use hezi only with the permission of a parent or guardian. By creating your account you confirm that you have it. The parent or guardian agrees to these terms on your behalf and is responsible for any purchase made for you.
- You must give true information when you create your account and keep it up to date. hezi's plans are only as good as the information you give it.
- One account is for one person. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at info@hezi.ee if you think someone else has used it.
3. What hezi does
hezi builds a personal basketball training plan around your team practices and games, using a training engine based on coaching logic and a library of drills written by coaches. It also gives daily food, water and sleep targets and tracks your progress.
We keep improving hezi, so features, drills and content may change over time. We aim to keep the app available at all times, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
4. Your health and safety
hezi is not medical, nutritional or physiotherapy advice. Its plans, targets and tips are general training guidance. They do not replace advice from a doctor, a registered dietitian, a physiotherapist or your team's coach.
- Basketball training is physical and carries a risk of injury. Warm up, train on a safe surface with suitable shoes, and train within your own limits.
- Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or anything unusual, and get medical help if needed.
- If you have an injury, an illness or a medical condition, or you are unsure whether an exercise is safe for you, ask a doctor before following a plan.
- Food and water targets are general estimates for active players. If you have an eating disorder, a medical diet or special needs, follow your doctor's or dietitian's advice instead.
You decide whether to do each drill and how hard to train. A parent or guardian of a player under 16 should make sure the player trains safely.
5. Free version and Premium
The free version of hezi gives you today's guided session, quick logging and streaks, at no cost and with no time limit. hezi Premium unlocks the full weekly plan, the complete drill library, nutrition targets and progress statistics.
Subscriptions through the App Store
- Premium is sold as an auto-renewable subscription, monthly or yearly, through Apple's App Store. The price, the length of the subscription and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you start one.
- Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically for the same period and at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trial: if you cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial ends, you are not charged. Each Apple ID can use a free trial only once.
- Cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). After cancelling, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds, including any right of withdrawal, are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.
- Price changes: if the price changes, Apple tells you in advance and, where required, asks for your agreement before the new price applies to you.
- Deleting your hezi account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
6. Team plans
Clubs and coaches can buy a Team plan on hezi.ee. A Team plan gives Premium to up to 15 players of one team and lets the coach follow the team's training in hezi.
- Who can buy: Team plans are for real sports clubs, schools and teams. The buyer must be a coach or an authorised representative of the club or school, and must give us information that shows the team exists, such as a link to the team on a federation, league or club website. We approve each team before the plan starts, and may refuse a team we cannot verify.
- Price and payment: the price is shown on hezi.ee before purchase and includes VAT where VAT applies. The plan is billed monthly in advance to the buyer's card through Stripe and renews automatically each month until cancelled.
- Cancelling: the buyer can cancel at any time by writing to info@hezi.ee. The plan then ends at the end of the month already paid for. Paid months are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
- Team codes: the buyer receives a team code. Each code works for up to 15 players and only for members of that team. The buyer must not share it outside the team. If a code is misused, we may cancel it and issue a new one.
- What the coach sees: each player's name, completed sessions, streak and training progress. The coach does not see players' body, sleep, food or injury data, notes or email addresses.
- Players under 16 who join with a team code need a parent's or guardian's permission, as with any hezi account.
- Team plans are sold to clubs and organisations for their teams, so the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to them.
7. Using hezi fairly
You must not:
- break the law while using hezi, or use it to harm or harass anyone;
- access, or try to access, another person's account or data;

9. Our content and your licence

10. Apple
If you downloaded hezi from the App Store, the following also applies:
- These terms are between you and HEZI OÜ only, not Apple. HEZI OÜ, not Apple, is solely responsible for hezi and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for hezi. For support, contact us at info@hezi.ee.
- If hezi fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to hezi.
- HEZI OÜ, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to hezi or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that hezi fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
- If a third party claims that hezi or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, HEZI OÜ, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- When using hezi, you must also comply with any third-party terms that apply to you, such as your mobile data or internet agreement.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, once you accept them, have the right to enforce them against you.
11. Our responsibility
We provide hezi with reasonable care and skill. If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights that consumer protection law gives you, and nothing in these terms limits them.
To the extent the law allows:
- we are not responsible for injuries or losses caused by training beyond your limits, by ignoring the safety guidance in section 4, or by information you gave us that was not true;
- we are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably foresee, or for interruptions caused by events outside our control, such as a failure of the internet or of a provider's service;
- our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for hezi in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our fault, for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
12. Ending the agreement
- You can stop using hezi and delete your account at any time in the app: Me → Settings → Delete account. Remember to cancel any App Store subscription separately.
- We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or misuses a team code. Where possible, we tell you first and give you the chance to fix the problem.
- If we ever stop offering hezi, we will tell you in advance.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when hezi or the law changes. The current version is always available in the app and at hezi.ee/terms, with the date of the last update. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before it applies. If you do not agree with the change, you can delete your account and cancel your subscription before then.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
If you have a complaint, please write to us first at info@hezi.ee; we will try to solve it within 15 days. Consumers may also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (www.ttja.ee) or to the courts. Disputes go to Harju County Court in Tallinn, unless the law gives you the right to go to a court where you live.
15. Other
- If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
- If we do not enforce a right at once, we do not give it up.
- We may transfer this agreement to a company that takes over hezi, provided your rights are not reduced. You may not transfer your account or rights to anyone else.
- These terms are written in English. If a translation is provided, the English version applies.
